Our Pastries

Our pastry case is filled with pastries made from chocolate cake, yellow cake, flavored cakes as well as éclairs, tarts, and cupcakes. They are iced and filled with a variety of flavored French buttercreams, fruits fillings, fresh custard, and chocolate glaze. These individual desserts are great to share at any gathering, corporate event, or just to treat “yo-self”!

Our Cookies 

Tag’s Bakery bakes a variety of handmade butter cookies, from the simple butter cookie to butter cookies infused with almond paste. Our butter cookies are beautifully decorated to portray the season or holiday time of year. They are perfect for a party or just to have as a snack. Our butter cookies are available by the pound or by the piece if you are looking for a little something to satisfy your sweet tooth.

We bake traditional chocolate chip cookies, oatmeal raisin cookies, and sugar cookies (plain or with sprinkles). Our classic smiley face cookies are made from a sugar cookie iced in yellow colored white chocolate and then decorated with a chocolate face. Don Vetter started these cookies back in the 70’s after the smiley face buttons came out. Smiley Face cookies are sure to bring a “smile” to the young and old alike.
